The platforms differ, so the model number decides which manual and which messages apply.

A door that opens by button

The MO30STANE opens with a one-touch door button and offers a door lock function. A door that will not release is traced through the button, the latch and the lock setting before any electrical part.

Drawer that loads from the top

The MD24LX opens and closes on a single touch and cooks in a deep white ceramic tray loaded from above. A drawer that stalls is checked for a lock setting, crumbs in the guides and then the drive.

SERVICE on the 30-inch hood model

The KOTR30XV has one message that asks for a technician: SERVICE, which its manual links to a failed power supply. That points us straight at the supply inside the cabinet.

A speed oven above a full oven

The 30-inch speed oven combination puts a 1.6 cubic foot microwave cavity with baking and broiling above the main oven. We take the upper speed oven; the lower oven is handed to our oven team.

Can the Bertazzoni MO30STANE microwave sit on a counter?
Yes. Its manual covers both a counter location and a built-in install with Bertazzoni's frame, which may go above an electric oven or a warming drawer. It may not go above a gas oven.
Why does my Bertazzoni hood microwave say SERVICE?
On the KOTR30XV that word means the microwave's power supply has failed and cooking has stopped. Keep the breaker off until a technician has checked it.
Why does my Bertazzoni microwave spark inside?
Bertazzoni's manuals name three causes: cookware that is not microwave safe, running it empty, and food left on the cavity walls. Stop it, clean the cavity and never run it empty; if sparks continue with a clean cavity and safe dishes, book a visit.
Why won't the door on my Bertazzoni built-in microwave open?
The MO30STANE opens with its door button, and a door lock setting can be active. Check the lock in the help menu first; if the button does nothing, the latch mechanism needs a look.
