What to have
ready.

Any of these shortens the call. The brand and the model number decide whether the part comes on the first visit.

Or put them in the form

Model number, from the plate

On the frame inside the door, under a hood combination near the lamp, or on a drawer's frame; it decides which part comes with us.

Error codesThe code as shown

Two makes can use one code for two unrelated parts.

ProblemsWhat you noticed

Cold food, sparks, a smell, a plate that stays still, a dead keypad, a door that will not latch, a drawer that stays shut.

When it started

An outage, a tripped breaker, a dish with a metal rim, a boil-over or a door that took a knock.

For the heart of your home.

Before
you call.

Are you connected to a microwave maker?
No. We repair microwaves independently, with no tie to any maker. A brand named on this site only means our technicians work on its models.
I rent my home. Can I book the microwave repair myself?
Yes. Some leases leave built-in appliances to the landlord, so check or call them first. Once they agree, add their contact details to the notes so they are kept informed too.
Can I change my microwave appointment?
Call with the booked address and the time you would rather have; a gate code or a parking note can go in on the same call.
Do you charge for questions about a microwave?
No, asking is free. The visit fee shows in the booking form, and the repair is priced once the technician finds the cause, not after the work is done.
