The MicroDrawer's sensor settings judge doneness by the moisture and humidity the food gives off. Opening the drawer or touching Stop/Clear while the food name is still showing breaks that measurement, and so can very dry food; the drawer then shows ERROR instead of a remaining time.

The control has stopped trusting what one of its sensors reports: the cook or humidity sensor that ends a sensor reheat when steam rises, or a thermal cutout that trips when the cavity or the magnetron runs too hot. A cutout that opens stops the microwave mid-cycle and often recovers once it cools; one that keeps tripping, or a sensor program that shuts off at once every time, needs the sensor, its wiring or the airflow behind it checked.

Touch Stop/Clear and finish cooking with a time and power level.
Allow two minutes after the drawer is first plugged in before any sensor setting.
Dry the outside of the dish and the cavity before starting, and keep the drawer shut until the cook time appears.
If every sensor setting ends in ERROR, book a visit.
