What F–
actually means.
The CSB912 and CSB913 Five in One ovens combine microwave, halogen lamps, ceramic heaters and convection. When the control detects a function problem it shows F with a number or letter on the LCD. The manual does not list what each one means; it gives the same owner steps for all of them.

What to do when F– shows on the microwaveKind of codeControl board and touchpad
The electronics that read the keys and run the cycle have flagged a problem with themselves: a key that the control sees as held down for too long, a membrane keypad worn through or swollen by steam, a lost link between the keypad and the board, or a board that failed its own check after a surge. A breaker reset now and then clears a glitch; a stuck key or a code that comes straight back points to the keypad or the board.

Tracing a dead display, keys that do not answer or a code that keeps returning to the keypad, the ribbon, the relays or the main board, and replacing only the part that failed.
Shows up asWhat a Microwave Error Code Is Telling You
A microwave error code may be a letter and a number on the display, a lock or demo word, a row of dashes, or a beep with a blinking clock, and it can show while the microwave still heats or block every key until it is cleared.

Before you book,
in this order.
Each step comes from Café's own guidance for F– on its microwaves. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.
Press Dismiss on the screen and let the oven cool for one hour.
Use it again. If the same code returns, switch the breaker off for at least 30 seconds and then back on.
If the code comes back after the power reset, book a visit and note the exact letters shown.
Still there?
It usually turns into microwave control board and touchpad repair. Book with the code and the model number.
What not to do
The F code is not the same as a locked screen, which is cleared with the Unlock icon. The manual gives no meaning for individual F numbers, so we do not guess which part failed until it is tested.

Three details make the booking useful: the characters or beeps just as they appeared, every character of the model number, and whether a cup of water still warms up. With those, the technician arrives already halfway to the answer.
