On the Distinto F7DMW24S2 drawer, a three-second touch on CONTROL LOCK freezes the keypad and the automatic door mechanism, in either the open or closed position, and the display reads LOCK ON. The F4MWO24S1 microwave uses the older CHILD LOCK wording for its keypad lock.

On the drawer, touch and hold CONTROL LOCK for three seconds until the display reads LOCK OFF.
On the F4MWO24S1, touch HELP and then STOP/CLEAR to cancel CHILD LOCK.
Try the Open pad again once the lock is off.
If the drawer still will not move with the lock off, book a visit for the drawer motor and its switches.

The code has gone and a mug of water heats again without a new part. If it comes back this week, or the food starts coming out cold in the middle, mention in the booking that it came back.

LOCK ON is a chosen setting and not a jammed drawer. Fulgor even recommends it for cleaning, so a drawer that stays put after a wipe-down has usually just been locked.
