On the drawer, drop-down door and speed oven models you set it with CONTROL LOCK and START, and the display confirms with LOCK ON; the same steps turn it off and show LOCK OFF. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Touch CONTROL LOCK, then START, and wait for LOCK OFF on the display. 02 On the 24-inch standard or convection side-swing models, touch SETTINGS, then START/QUICK ON, which shows CHILD LOCK OFF. 03 If the pads still ignore you after the lock is off, unplug or switch off the breaker for a minute and try again, then book a visit if nothing changes. ### Cleared? The code has gone and a mug of water heats again without a new part. If it comes back this week, or the food starts coming out cold in the middle, mention in the booking that it came back. ### What not to do LOCK ON is not a jammed drawer or a latched door; the lock only disables the control pads. Touch CONTROL LOCK, then START, and wait for LOCK OFF on the display. ### Why does my Wolf microwave drawer not open when LOCK ON is showing? The lock covers the control pads, including OPEN/CLOSE, so the motor will not move the drawer. Turn the lock off with CONTROL LOCK and START, then open the drawer from the pad. ### How do I unlock a Wolf MS24 or MC24 microwave? Those 24-inch side-swing models use SETTINGS followed by START/QUICK ON. The display shows CHILD LOCK OFF when it works. ### Is it a good idea to lock my Wolf drop-down door microwave before cleaning the panel? Yes.
