Touch STOP/Clear to clear the display. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Why does my Viking microwave show ERROR halfway through a sensor reheat? Opening the door or touching STOP/Clear while the food name is still showing interrupts the vapor reading, and so can a very small portion. Clear it and finish with a timed cook. ### My Viking DrawerMicro says ERROR when I set the clock. What did I do wrong? The clock is a 12-hour clock, so a time such as 13:00 is refused with ERROR. Touch STOP/Clear and enter a 12-hour time. ### When is ERROR on a Viking microwave worth a service visit? When it appears on sensor settings every time, with normal amounts of food covered as the manual suggests.
