The ZEB1227 and the ZWL1126 drawer show PF once power comes back after an outage, a tripped breaker or a supply interruption. The control is waiting for you to clear it. Monogram microwave display What to do when PF shows on the microwave ### Kind of code Power and supply The microwave has noticed trouble with the power reaching it: an outage or a brownout that interrupted a cycle, a voltage too low for the magnetron to start, or a supply that dipped when something else on the circuit switched on. As often as not the cause is the circuit, the outlet in the cabinet above or the breaker rather than the unit; a main fuse that blows again after a reset points inside, where only a technician goes. ### Usually leads to Microwave diagnostic visit A visit that times a cup of water against the clock, checks the door and its switches, then tests the high-voltage section, the controls and the moving parts one at a time until a single part is named. ### Shows up as What a Microwave Error Code Is Telling You A microwave error code may be a letter and a number on the display, a lock or demo word, a row of dashes, or a beep with a blinking clock, and it can show while the microwave still heats or block every key until it is cleared. ### Make Monogram Monogram microwaves serviced at home, whether it is a built-in unit, a drawer in the island or a hood combination above the burners. ### Source Monogram ZEB1227 built-in microwave owner's manual Printed in the ZEB1227 and ZWL1126 manuals. ## Before you book, in this order. Each step comes from Monogram's own guidance for PF on its microwaves. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Press Cancel/Off on the ZEB1227 or Clear/Off on the drawer. 02 Set the clock again. 03 If PF keeps returning without an outage, have the circuit checked and book a visit. ### Still there? It usually turns into [microwave diagnostic visit](https://microwaverepair.center/services/diagnostic-visit/). Book with the code and the model number. ### What not to do PF is a record of a power drop, not a failure of the microwave. Frequent PF with steady house power is usually a connection or circuit problem. ## What you may notice with it. The microwave problems PF tends to arrive with.
