Press Cancel/Off (Clear/Off on the drawer) to clear PF. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### My GE Profile microwave shows PF every morning. Why? Something is cutting the power overnight: a timer on the circuit, a breaker that trips under another load, or a loose connection. The microwave is only reporting it; the cause needs to be found on the supply side first. ### Do I lose my settings when a GE Profile microwave shows PF? The clock and any running program are lost. Once you clear PF, set the clock and start the program again. ### Is it safe to use a GE Profile microwave right after PF? Yes.
