Both the F7DMW24S2 drawer and the F4MWO24S1 microwave can be set to a showroom mode for stores. The drawer's troubleshooting chart lists it as a reason for a drawer that does not operate and for food that is not heated. Fulgor Milano microwave display · also shown as DEMO OFF, DEMO ON DURING DEMO NO OVEN POWER What to do when DEMO ON shows on the microwave ### Kind of code Mode, not a failure Something was switched on rather than something wearing out: a child or control lock set by a long press on the wrong pad, after which no key answers, a demo or showroom setting that lights the display and turns the plate while nothing warms, a Sabbath setting that dims the panel and mutes the beeps, or a clock left blinking after an outage that holds the keypad until it is set. No part is needed; a key sequence from the manual switches it off again. ### Usually leads to No repair On the drawer, open SETUP/HELP to the demo setting and touch START/+1 MIN until the display reads DEMO OFF. ### Shows up as What a Microwave Error Code Is Telling You A microwave error code may be a letter and a number on the display, a lock or demo word, a row of dashes, or a beep with a blinking clock, and it can show while the microwave still heats or block every key until it is cleared. ### Make Fulgor Milano Fulgor Milano microwaves diagnosed in your kitchen, with a timed water test that shows at once whether the heat is getting through. ### Source Fulgor Milano F7DMW24S2 microwave drawer use and care manual (archived copy) F7DMW24S2 drawer: DEMO ON / DEMO OFF through SETUP/HELP. F4MWO24S1: DEMO ON DURING DEMO NO OVEN POWER. ## Before you book, in this order. Each step comes from Fulgor Milano's own guidance for DEMO ON on its microwaves. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 On the drawer, open SETUP/HELP to the demo setting and touch START/+1 MIN until the display reads DEMO OFF. 02 On the F4MWO24S1, touch TIMER/CLOCK, 0 and STOP/CLEAR. 03 Run a cup of water for a minute to confirm it warms. 04 If it still does not heat with demo off, book a visit. ### Cleared? The code has gone and a mug of water heats again without a new part. If it comes back this week, or the food starts coming out cold in the middle, mention in the booking that it came back. ### What not to do Demo mode is not a failed magnetron or a blown fuse. If there is no demo wording and the food still stays cold, the high-voltage parts need testing by a technician. ## What you may notice with it. The microwave problems DEMO ON tends to arrive with. On the drawer, open SETUP/HELP to the demo setting and touch START/+1 MIN until the display reads DEMO OFF. ### Why does my Fulgor Milano microwave drawer look normal but leave food cold? Check for DEMO ON. Fulgor lists demo mode as one of the causes of food that is not heated, before any repair. ### How do I turn off demo on the Fulgor F4MWO24S1? Touch TIMER/CLOCK, then 0, then STOP/CLEAR. The demo wording should leave the display. ### Could demo mode have come on by itself? It needs a key sequence with a long press, so it usually comes from a showroom unit or an accidental press during setup. It does not switch on from a power cut. --- **[Read on the site: Fulgor Milano DEMO ON: showroom mode, the microwave will not heat](https://microwaverepair.center/error-codes/fulgor-milano-demo-on/)** **[Book a visit with MicrowaveRepair.center](https://microwaverepair.center/schedule/)**
