Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Watch the timer: if it races down, demo mode is the likely cause. 02 On the CMOH-30SS and MO-24SS, touch CLOCK, 0 and STOP/CLEAR to cancel it. 03 On the OMD24 drawers, open the settings under TIMER SETTINGS (seventh press) and press START/+30 SEC once to turn it off. 04 If the microwave still does not heat with demo mode off, book a visit. ### Cleared? The code has gone and a mug of water heats again without a new part. If it comes back this week, or the food starts coming out cold in the middle, mention in the booking that it came back. ### What not to do Demo mode is a setting, not a broken high-voltage section, and it will not trip a breaker or make a noise.
