Dacor's countertop and hood models lock only the keys and show LOCK or CHILD LOCK when you touch one. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 On the drawer, touch and hold Control Lock for 3 seconds until the lock turns off. 02 On the PCOR30S, touch HELP GUIDE, the number 1 and STOP/CLEAR; on the slim DMO30U970S, use More Functions to turn Lock off. 03 If the drawer still will not move once unlocked, check the breaker and book a visit for the drawer mechanism. ### Cleared? The code has gone and a mug of water heats again without a new part. If it comes back this week, or the food starts coming out cold in the middle, mention in the booking that it came back. ### What not to do A locked drawer is not a failed drawer motor, even though neither moves the drawer. On the drawer, touch and hold Control Lock for 3 seconds until the lock turns off. ### My Dacor microwave drawer is stuck open and shows LOCK ON. What now? The lock can hold the drawer open as well as closed. Hold Control Lock for 3 seconds to release it, then close the drawer from the panel. ### Should I push a Dacor microwave drawer shut by hand when it is locked? No. The manual asks you to use the panel and not push or pull the drawer by hand except in an emergency, because the drive can be strained. ### Why does my Dacor PCOR30S show LOCK when I press the fan key? The panel lock was set through HELP GUIDE.
